How I Make $200 Per Week Sharing Internet

A simple method I use to earn $200 weekly just by sharing internet.

I’ll be real with you—I never thought I could make money just by letting someone “borrow” my internet connection. Sounds too easy, right?

Before you start reading more, I have a good news for you:

Lately, I’ve been diving into these weird little online gigs where people are making earnings like $175/day replying to comments on Facebook, or $256/day doing writing assistant job on Quora, etc. (yep, seriously!). I’m making money using these ideas as well on a daily basis.
I’ve saved the best ones I found on this page right here in case you ever wanna peek at what’s actually out there. Some of them surprised me big time!

But here I am, earning about $200 per week doing exactly that. Let me break down how it works and why it’s been one of the most passive side hustles I’ve ever tried.

So, what’s this all about?

There are apps and platforms out there that pay you for sharing a portion of your unused internet bandwidth.

Companies use it for things like market research, checking websites, and collecting data.

Don’t worry—they’re not spying on your Netflix history. It’s just the extra internet you’re not even using.

How I Got Started

I came across a platform called Honeygain (there are others too, like Peer2Profit or PacketStream). The setup took me maybe five minutes.

You download the app, create an account, and let it run in the background.

That’s literally it. It works on phones, tablets, or computers, so I even installed it on an old laptop I barely touch.

How the Money Adds Up

Now, you’re not going to make thousands overnight (I wish!). But when you run the app 24/7 on multiple devices, it adds up fast.

For me, it averages around $25–$30 a day across devices. At the end of the week, I’m pocketing about $200 with basically zero effort.

That’s rent money, grocery money, or in my case…pizza and coffee money. 🍕☕

Is It Safe?

That was my first question too. I wouldn’t risk my devices if I thought it was shady.

These platforms don’t access personal files or accounts—they just use idle internet bandwidth. I did my research, and it’s been running smoothly for me without any issues.

Who Should Try This?

Honestly, anyone with a stable internet connection and a few spare devices lying around. Students, work-from-home folks, or anyone looking for easy side cash.

It’s not life-changing money, but it’s steady and ridiculously low-effort.

Most side hustles take time, skills, or effort, but this one is like the ultimate “set it and forget it.”

I still work on other projects, but having this running in the background means I make money even while I sleep.

If you’ve got Wi-Fi and a little curiosity, $200 a week for sharing internet might be the easiest side hustle you ever try.
