When I first started working from home, I thought I’d be lucky to make even $10 an hour sitting in my pajamas.

Before you start reading more, I have a good news for you:

Lately, I’ve been diving into these weird little online gigs where people are making earnings like $175/day replying to comments on Facebook, or $256/day doing writing assistant job on Quora, etc. (yep, seriously!). I’m making money using these ideas as well on a daily basis.
I’ve saved the best ones I found on this page right here in case you ever wanna peek at what’s actually out there. Some of them surprised me big time!

You can see the screenshot down below of the jobs you can choose from:

But after some digging (and a lot of trial and error), I realized there are legit companies out there paying $20+ an hour for remote work.

And honestly, once you cross that $20/hour line, it starts to feel like the “real deal.” That’s rent money, bill money, or even “treat yourself to fancy coffee instead of instant” money ☕.

So, if you’ve been hunting for decent-paying work-from-home jobs, here are 20 companies where you can actually earn $20+ per hour.

1. Amazon (Remote Roles)

Amazon hires customer service reps, HR assistants, and technical support specialists.

Some of their specialized positions easily pay above $20/hr, especially in management or technical fields.

20. Intuit (QuickBooks, TurboTax) 💰

Making $20/hr from home isn’t a pipe dream anymore. The trick is knowing which companies actually pay fair rates instead of offering “exposure” or $5 gigs.

I’ve tested a few of these myself, and the best part is realizing you don’t have to commute, wear stiff work clothes, or deal with office coffee that tastes like sadness.

You just log in, do the work, and get paid — at a rate that actually feels worth it. 😉

So, if you’ve been doubting whether remote work can pay well… trust me, it can.
